Terms and Conditions

1. OBJECT

The object of the service is the performance of translations (sworn or simple) according to the documentation provided by the client.

2. PRICES AND TAXES

Prices indicated on the web (such as the minimum fee of €25 or cost per word of €0.06) are indicative. The final price will be confirmed via prior quote and may vary depending on complexity or urgency. Prices include applicable taxes.

3. PAYMENT METHOD

Unless agreed otherwise, payment for the service will be made in advance via bank transfer or other agreed means before starting the translation.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (IMPORTANT)

In accordance with Article 103.c) de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios, el derecho de desistimiento NO SERÁ APLICABLE a los contratos de suministro de bienes confeccionados conforme a las especificaciones del consumidor y usuario o claramente personalizados. Una vez confirmada la traducción y comenzado el trabajo, el cliente no podrá desistir del encargo ni solicitar el reembolso.

5. SHIPPING AND DEADLINES

Digital Delivery: Performed in PDF format with a qualified electronic signature. It is considered delivered at the moment of sending to the client's email.

Physical Delivery: Performed via Correos or courier services. The Provider is not responsible for delays or losses attributable to the transport company once the document has been deposited.
